If Lukaku plays it should be OK. If not... Well my season can get that much worse surely!Stemania wrote:Good move holding Mav, next week looks horrible fixturewise.

Yep. Another tough one in terms of captaincy too, with City, Spurs, Arsenal and Leicester all facing each other. May be the week for a bit of a punt.Stemania wrote:Good move holding Mav, next week looks horrible fixturewise.

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Well, that shows what I know The most annoying thing is, with two defenders blanking in a couple of weeks, I'm probably stuck with him for a while now.Sammy the Crab wrote:Walker benched, a little bit of a result
Lukaku starting too, which is a worry with Vardy blanking. Throw in captaining Aguero and benching Mahrez, and you could say it's a bit of a bad start! Hoping I may get lucky on the latter part, though..

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
A good start for me with Mahrez picking up 14, Vardy blanking and Lukaku starting.
BADLY need Alli to come off the bench for a one pointer. Mahrez is my main attacking differential at the moment but most of my rivals have him first sub.

BTW, Janmaat has nearly assisted 3 in the first 4 mins. Eek, sry Mav.

And Lukaku scores. Fair play to you boys that showed a little patience and kept him. Knew I'd regret using him as my fund freer as soon as I pulled the trigger.

Re: RE: Re: STC RMT 2015/16
I'd pretty much ruled him out due to the blank in 27 anyway, and with Lukaku playing he may even have been on my bench. Sounds like he's playing very well at the moment though!Stemania wrote:BTW, Janmaat has nearly assisted 3 in the first 4 mins. Eek, sry Mav.

I've only just realised I can't afford Moreno to Azplicueta in one move. Gutted.

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Well, Walker not starting and Trippier scoring is an obvious concern, but I think he will be given a reprieve for now due to yet another Moreno one pointer. Sick of his trolling, so he'll be my likely transfer out this week. I'll be looking at Azpi or a Southampton defender, I think, as I want someone with a strong fixture next week.

Yep. I'm thinking Moreno Azpi/Van Dijk this week, then possibly Dier for Walker next.

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Will have to think it through but Azpilcueta or Simpson are in pole position at the moment. The funds freed from Lukaku to Vardy later on will pay for anything I want to do to Targett.Notned wrote:Yep. I'm thinking Moreno Azpi/Van Dijk this week, then possibly Dier for Walker next.
Maybe Huth for the price rises if I can field a half decent back three next week.

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Yeah a Leicester defender was my first thought too, but I could really do with a starter for next week with only Jagielka really looking good for a CS from the rest.

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Daniels (STO) and Bellerin (LEI) are my two primary defenders this week, so I just need one more. Wollschied (bou) and Targett (swa) would be my options if I were to bring in and bench Huth for the price rises.
Azpilcueta would give me a nicer fixture though.

See I've got the following:
Bellerin (LEI)
Dier (mci)
Moreno (ast)
Wollscheid (bou)
Targett (swa)
Not looking good!

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Your defence would probably be passable either way then mate. Playing Targett or Wollscheid wouldn't be ideal, but not disastrous either. Guess it depends whether you prefer Chelsea or Leicester longer term really. Don't think there's much in it myself in terms of fixtures really, albeit Leicester have the guaranteed game in GW30 too.Mav3rick wrote:Daniels (STO) and Bellerin (LEI) are my two primary defenders this week, so I just need one more. You could really do with a starter for next week like me then, Sammy. Shame you're priced out of Azpi, but Zouma is probably an equally good shout? Or a West Ham defender?Sammy the Crab wrote:See I've got the following:

Ah tough one then. Maybe Cedric then? Or Reid or Williams, but not sure how much trust I'd put in their respective defences.Sammy the Crab wrote:Zouma is out of reach, I only have 5.2

Re: STC RMT 2015/16
Wow. FFFix is predicting another sizeable red arrow for me tonight. I'm surprised at that to be honest as I thought I'd done OK with Kane blanking, Vardy and Ighalo quiet and 45 points in the bank.
Teams in the top 200k are outscoring me regularly and sizeably somehow and I'm kinda at a loss to explain it.
Doubt I'm even in the top 10% of active teams anymore, which feels rather embarrassing.

I've had an absolute shocker too. Everyone blanked barring a goal for Aguero and assist from Alli. Mahrez and Jagielka sat rooted to the bench.

What's your rank prediction Mav? I'm 10pts ahead of you overall and it looks you've scored 10 more than me today so we'll end up with roughly the same rank. FFFix won't let me log on today for some reasonMav3rick wrote:Wow. FFFix is predicting another sizeable red arrow for me tonight.
