I'm currently sitting in 27th place in the Rock & Roll Elimination league; I won't take that as a sign of things to come . Liberio is doing much better and he topped the charts this week with a score of 90pts!

In a high scoring gameweek it was Fatbat's Canadian Bacon who got well and truly smoked!

Fatbat was pretty unlucky to get eliminated with a gameweek average score of 46pts. It shows that things are starting to get serious! Over in the recording studio it was the Rockers who paid the price and after Fatbat it was Ctibbits who was next in line!

There will be a small change to the organisation from this gameweek. The 27 Club has been successful beyond my dreams in providing tasteful extra eliminations! As a result our comeback album groups are starting to look a bit sparse, so I've ditched the New Romantics and we'll have five groups of three instead:

Now officially the longest I've made it in the annual elimination. Which is usually the cue to be jettisoned next week....

It was another truly awful week for point scores and GeoffV was head and shoulders above the rest with 44pts thanks to a duet from Sagna and Payet!

We had more than a dozen players trying their best to get eliminated with scores in the 20's, but RomynPG beat them to the exit with 21pts.

We've got to have some more David Bowie. This is a brilliant version of Heroes from the soundtrack for the film Christiane F, it's a mix of the English and German versions of the song.

I've only just recovered from the trauma of GW21(21pt - gwRank 3,456,160) - but have now put it behind me.

It was a good week for scores with Stemania topping the pile thanks to a good all round performance from his band (except Lukaku on the side with his tambourine ).,

You'd be unlucky to get eliminated on 47pts........and it's fred1266 who luck finally caught up with.

GeoffV's artistic output is variable, but when he nails it he can put down a classic. He did it again this week with a chart topping 78pts. Calvin1979 has been flying high all season, but it only takes one car crash moment to end a career and this was Calvin's moment!

Disappointing to depart so late on but very much sums up my FPL season to date not good enough good luck to those left in and thanks V1.0 for running this very enjoyable side game great song to depart too.
