Oh great and powerful fpl smiter I pray Alexis is fit enough to play tomorrow night and send a few free kicks over their wailing wall and into Jordans net. Amen

Oh mighty fpl gods, why have you forsaken me in my hour of need? I pray to you, let Harry Kane outscore Alexis Sanchez this week.

Oh vengeful one....

Can you arrange for Italian Stallion Manolo Gabbiadini to make the starting XI and recreate his League Cup Final form against Manchester United tonight?

I'm gonna play devil's advocate and pray for a Gabbiadini blank. 44.9% of the top 10k started him this week so he could do some serious damage to non owners.

I pray for the return of the prodigal sons Stephens and Gabbiadini. May their returns be great and bountiful while also nullifying Rashford. Amen

Dear TPTB, please make option 1 or 2 happen:
1) Keep Pedro on the bench for the whole game (I can suggest you 3 other transfers);
2) Make Pedro start in place of Hazard for some minor reason. :)

Dear FPL Gods - please keep Coutinho quiet today as I held off bringing him in for Alli.
Many Thanks!

Dear FPL Gods, while it would be nice to see KDB smash it and Aguero get a hatty (C), I would really like to see Atsu explode as he could be a nice differential and I miss Mahrez from two seasons ago. Much appreciated illusory, benevolent deity.

Not a lot to ask, but 5-0 to Man City please with KDB & Jesus going goal and assist crazy, and Danilo getting some attacking return as well as the CS

City win 5-1:
Danilo 3 goals and 2 assists
KdB 1 goal and 3 assists
Aguero 1 goal

Then Danilo off in 61th minute and Everton to score right after that (owngoal Kompany)

One time please

If there's anybody listening, please let Kane break his 'August duck'. Not only will it benefit my FPL side but I'm sick of hearing about it and I sure you are too. Amen

FPL gods, as you know it is my birthday tomorrow and have never really asked for anything before. But please give me a JWP miracle. Nothing outrageously outlandish .... Just a brace.

I don't know how the FPL gods interpret our prayers, but I'd say it's best not to leave any loopholes in them or room for misinterpretation.

Because JWP could turn up at Huddersfield tomorrow with his leg in a brace after fracturing it in training.

West Ham 4-1 Huddersfield. Hernandez 3, Cresswell, Löwe (Pen).

Hernandez 20 points, Cresswell 13, Löwe 6. Seems a fair enough request. COYI.

Oh might Isis, goddess of wisdom, health, marriage & children and mother of mighty Horus ( who Jesus is based on in the new religion). May you bestow Mooy goal scoring might and Zanka a clean sheet!!! Else I will sacrifice them to your nemesis Set, lord of the underworld and murderer of Osiris.

Pretty futile to pray for a West Ham clean sheet. Maybe a Joe Hart penalty save. Or him not to be involved at all....
