Yes mate. BB is the plan and one of the SGW players out for a DGW player depending on the result of GW18Highlander12 wrote: ↑11 Jan 2021, 17:00I quite like this actually. 4 SGW's with good fixtures in GW19. Would you look to BB? Maybe make a transfer or 2 in 19?

I’ve fallen on this if I go for wildcard
Areola, Martinez
Cancelo, Stones, Tierney, AWB, Coufal
KDB, Bruno, Son, Saka, Soucek
Kane, Wood, Bamford

I've just switched out Bendarek for Coufal as the Leeds Southampton fixture could be postponed. Happy to keep Bamford for a SGW game against Brighton.

Wan-Bissaka? Seriously, an United defender on wildcard? Dier surely a better choice. And I'd also downgrade Tierney to Holding, otherwise you are wildcarding into a structural inefficiency and will need to use valuable transfers later to release funds.
Maybe spend some of the saving on Martinez over Johnstone. You will want Villa players soon enough.

United have bur ful SHU in next 3 with liv added in. Decent long term fixtures. Tierney's ceiling is so much higher than Holding so good if can include and not impact team elsewhere.Ruth_NZ wrote: ↑12 Jan 2021, 10:04 Wan-Bissaka? Seriously, an United defender on wildcard? Anyone going for Wood over Wilson? I know not as inspiring but 3 fixtures in 2 GW's. Wilson feels like 1GW punt before removing for a hit for the double?

Re: GW18 and beyond WC approach
Wildcard team is currently as follows, and I don't think I'll have time for it to change too much prior to deadline due to work;
Martinez, Areola
Cancelo, AWB, Stones, Justin, Holding
KDB, Bruno, Rashford, Saka, Soucek
Kane, Wilson, Antonio
Gives 11 players for this week and 11 doublers, plus a free transfer, for next. Hopefully.
Open to suggestions, but pretty set on most of it (and short of time)!

Locked in with
De Gea, Martinez
Cancelo, Stones, Dier, Tierney, Coufal
KDB, Bruno, Son, Saka, Soucek
Kane, Wood, Bamford
Gone quite heavy with Spurs/Arsenal but have 2 good fixtures so will likely BB next GW but probably with a hit or two also.
