14 positive cases across the league, they are testing everyone but still, you'd imagine would be a miracle I'd the league escapes some cancellations

I'm even thinking about being given some free transfers just in this season, to deal with covid. Is it worth a suggestion?

Not in a free game, they have one 14 year old running it on day release, they won't want anything that requires efforts or professionalism

Makes me nervous about my plan to have 3 non-GW1 players in my team from the start. Might need to rethink that.

Thanks for spreading this news, might look into getting players in my team from as many different teams as possible.

I was surprised we got through GW30+-38+ with virtually no cases, but I guess that was for a fairly limited, intense period when there was little wriggle room for players to engage with the wider community. It is going to be impossible I suspect to maintain that discipline across an entire season - not just for players but for their families. I can't see any way there won't be individual players who miss games and I will amazed if we don't end with games being postponed (as we have already seen in Scotland).

So Barkley has it... surely that means Maguire has to self isolate

Presumably Mount will have to withdraw from the England squad.

Ndombele the latest to fall, although that is probably the least of the reasons Jose won't pick him!

So more than 10 of the Squad?

On a serious side, it may show how easy it may be to catch, or how many do etc if a whack of these idiots catch it?

Yep to second spike, but if by luck enough footballers stay clean it could finish....

So is the spike in cases in Europe down to footballers putting it about then?

I'm sure they will finish the season but I suspect it will be suspended at some point and finish late. CL will probably end up with a similar format to this season to get it done. What chance both finish after the Euros?

Who says we will have another Euro...

I very much enjoyed this CL ending. In fact, I finally enjoyed the CL again.
