Pattern research helps, but most of all, putting yourself in the manager's shoes can work and whatever information they give during pressers and the biggest give away for me is the eye test.

I'm sure he'd kill it there too!

He's been a revelation this season for LFC, I really hope he doesn't follow in Flanagan's shoes - a sad reminder of what can become of an aspiring footy player.

Not quite accurate, I specifically remember 'Flanno' having a 'sterling' season in 2013/14 and scoring a great goal in the demolition of Spurs at White Hart Lane and overall being one of the leading young players of that group of new young players emerging - even going on to captain LFC at some point shortly after Klopps appointment.

But, overall I agree TAA is a better prospect, his deliveries and comfortability on the ball is a class above the unfortunate Scouse looking lad Flanno!

I’m not sure you can describe someone’s opinion as inaccurate

IMO Flanagan never came close to showing this sort of potential. He was a grafter, he had a lot of heart, he was a local lad. Never looked to be good enough to me.

I totally agree, but to suggest squad players aren't in any way upto that standard look at Gundogan Bernado etc

Suggesting Milner is now a squad player in a top 4 side isn't a criticism, its simply an opinion, i believe they'll buy and Milner will not be a first team regular
