Does anyone know of any sources for Week by Week points scoring for previous seasons?

e.g.
GW1 Kane scored 12
GW2 Kane scored 6
etc etc

You won't find any data where Kane scored 12 points in GW1 anyway, I can tell you that for damn sure.

Think once found something in a post form MoSe last year (and looks like Kane scored 2 points in week 1).
