Re: GW30 Captaincy Poll
Currently Costa (c) but really he shouldn't even be in my team, let alone be its captain - he's in courtesy of Kane's ankle but I'm not sure he is captain material. Could be 12 points, could easily be 2. Alternatives are Sanchez, Llorente, Lukaku, Alli... all just not quite outstanding enough to pick without reservation this week. In a 3-way league tussle, the other 2 both have Aguero and will almost certainly captain him, so it could just be damage limitation for me. It might come down to the anytime goalscorer odds.

Would Coleman absence make Coutinho more interesting? Maybe just marginally

Mane benefits the most. We saw him destroy Davies at Anfield.MoSe wrote:Would Coleman absence make Coutinho more interesting? Maybe just marginally

Re: GW30 Captaincy Poll
But Coleman RB means his absence favors Liv left side?
I though coutinho played more on the leftcand Mané on the right
Or would ut favot crosses/balls comjng in FROM the left, i.e. maybe assists for Milner but goals from the center/right?

Will Coutinho start that one after the internationals? He's on my bench at the moment because I think he'll be a sub.

Re: GW30 Captaincy Poll
As long as he's fit i'm pencilled in to go Sanchez (c); Costa (Vc).
Worryingly Palace and City are the best two defensive teams in the league in terms of big chances conceded over the last six games (three each). I may yet look elsewhere.

FYI, defensive statistics are driven more by the strength of the opposing team than the strength of a teams defence. Palace have played Middlesbrough, WBA and Watford, Stoke, Sunderland and Bournemouth in the last 6 weeks.dino1980 wrote:Worryingly Palace and City are the best two defensive teams in the league in terms of big chances conceded over the last six games (three each). Re: GW30 Captaincy Poll
Palace have a few decent players who underperformed for Pardew. Sam and Sakho are improving the defence.

Palace fan here.Brightwater wrote:Palace have a few decent players.. Sam and Sakho are improving the defence.
Sakho's been a hit so far in FPL, but I'm not convinced of him as a defender. When he's on the ball he often looks nervy, hesitant, an accident waiting to happen. It's surely only a matter of time.
BTW Lukaku (c); King (vc).

Don't own Costa so I'm with Redchemist on Mané.
No Coleman, no Funes Mori, no McCarthy and no Lallana to pinch the points

The stats are dark and full of errors.

No Costa so a tricky week for me. Actually thinking of Sanchez since he seems a minor differential.

Re: GW30 Captaincy Poll
I do not have Costa. Currently on Aguero but may go Alli or Siggy. I haven't made a xfer yet so may bring in either Alonso or Pedro and captain either of those.
Tricky week.

On a wildcard and still struggling .
Don't really want to have Costa in team.
Vardy currently selected . Form is good
