Yes, could quite conceivably be Feghouli Lanzini Ayew behind Carroll. Ayew has scored in his last two games and Feghouli has contributed the odd goal and assist here and there, whereas Snodgrass has done the sum total of naff all since joining West Ham.TheChairLeg wrote:Or Feghouli. Re: GW30 transfers
I agree. After scoring once again I'd say Ayew's place is firmly secured. Lanzini is nailed as he is the best player at the club. So it's straight battle between Feghouli and Snodgrass for the last spot, I'd expect.Pirlo's Beard wrote:TheChairLeg wrote:Yes, could quite conceivably be Feghouli Lanzini Ayew behind Carroll. Against Leicester Snodgrass looked weird. It was like he nervous or he was carrying a slight injury because he seemed to have no interest in creating chances and laid it off to Byram every time.
As for Feghouli, he's been blowing hot and cold every game. One minute he beats a man and puts in a great ball and then the next minute he looks like he's never played on the wing before.
Neither are great FPL options right now, imo. Lanzini, Ayew and Carroll are the only WHU players worth considering at all.

Thanks. Still think it's internationalitis to be fair, very coincidental just after the game finished with an international break now and "...but as he's a superb athlete we hope it might be sooner."TheChairLeg wrote:Unfortunately not. He's out for 3-4 weeks so he definitely won't be playing against Hull.From4corners wrote:Antonio's injury is just internationalititititititis, no?

On top of that, with Obiang and Reid out for the rest of the season all WHU assets have become a bit less attractive.

According to an Italian paper, Gabbiadini is out until the end of April. It must have been a bad tear.

Re: GW30 transfers
Really wanted to do one of:
Grant -> Pickford
Baines -> Valencia
But Antonio's injury has thrown a spanner in the works. Can't afford a straight swap for Alli and not sure who else I want, really. Might have to take a 4-point hit and downgrade elsewhere, which is annoying.

The stats are dark and full of errors.
Re: GW30 transfers
I had a bit of choice between Deeney and Gabbiadeeney last week, went with the latter and now have a hole in my team. If Watford had had their double in GW34 he'd have been a definite easy way out, and they do have decent fixtures, plus of course he is on pens.
I don't know really what I'm going to do with him yet. The game appears to be be forcing me to pick Costa although i have been thinking of just plugging the gap with Long for now.

I would go Hazard Vardyfred1266 wrote:Mahrez Costa for meJoccki_10 wrote:Hazard+Vardy or Mahrez+Costa?
I'm looking at Daniels -> Valencia or Walker
Walker has better fixtures overall but Valencia obviously has the DGW and is a bit cheaper. What do people think?

Re: GW30 transfers
Same situation. Doing Barkley to Alli and Brunt to Yoshida for funds. Allows me to do Baines to Valencia too.Nailer6245 wrote:Really wanted to do one of:

This makes defence look weak on papers. Another way is to Costa to Vardy and Barkley to Alli. Next week Brunt to a 4.8 def and Baines to Valencia. This looks safer option defensively.

Hoping Sanchez falls in price (but fear he'll be cleared to play by Chile too soon) as that will allow me to do Heaton to Valdes and have just enough to get Sanchez in next week. Any chance of him falling? (on about -50% at the moment); I guess we'll see tonight.

my FPL team got hacked by a former work colleague so my transfers are:

Sanchez Zaha
Lukaku Crouch (-8)

+2 but I would ideally like to wait until after Ecuador's game on Tuesday. Even then I would be a little worried about Mourinho giving him a rest next weekend but I guess it's a risk worth taking.BobMem wrote:+1Joccki_10 wrote:Coleman Valencia.

It's him or Bertrand and Valencia edges it at the moment. Might even go for two defensive transfers (Brunt Bertrand).
