Ake
With Ake being recalled to Chelsea from his loan to Bournemouth who are all the Ake owners going to replace him with? Assuming that Ake isn't going to get any certain game time for Chelsea - especially as Zouma is almost back as well

Re: Ake
You don't have to transfer any out, as long as you're prepared to play the rest of the season without doing another transferJLH wrote:I have Azpi, Hazard, Costa and Aké. Does that mean I have to transfer out one or two? I read somewhere on Twitter that Aké being recalled meant Aké + a Chelsea player had to shipped out.
What you actually have to do is transfer one of them for a non Chelsea player next time you do a transfer.

Do they give you an additional free transfer? Seems unfair otherwise.

Re: Ake
Would be amazing if he started could run with two Chelsea defenders for a couple of weeks.
Sadly he's likely bench fodder at Chelsea.

Re: Ake
Unless after Danny Rose ran Moses ragged, there's an intention to push Dave Azpilicueta to his RWB spot and have Ake fill in in the Chelsea back 3?
Possible?
Possible?

Re: Ake
You can play him, and the other 3 Chelsea players until YOU make a transfer. When YOU do that transfer, YOUR squad will be checked for validity, and fail due to having too many Chelsea players.Baxter92 wrote:So, even though it says he's being recalled immediately, he's available vs Hull?White Tiger wrote:Yup, you can wait.JLH wrote:Thanks. So you can make NO more transfers for the whole season and play all 4 of them.

The comments are interesting. Many Chelsea fans are calling for Alonso to be dropped in favour of Ake. Has he really been that poor?!Beerfuelledman wrote:https://twitter.com/ChelseaFC/status/818150259847299072

Re: RE: Re: Ake
That's my opinion, without watching loads of Chelsea this season.Billy Bongo wrote: He's never been brilliant just from an fpl perspective he's got the Chelsea clean sheets points
He has ridden the tide of FF points from a good formation, well executed; which has led many here to think of him as some sort of del Horno. But Alonso has been a wastrel going forward, unlike Asier, and should have a load of Assists points by now.
Aren't Chelsea after a LWB?

Re: Ake
When he was getting forward he looked the part like he was going to start getting big attacking points, but they never quite materialised

Yep, he seems to get in the right position, and then.... gives the ball away, hits the crowd....Billy Bongo wrote:When he was getting forward he looked the part like he was going to start getting big attacking points, but they never quite materialised

Here's a laugh for you all, my back 5:
Baines
Bellerin (Flagged)
Brunt (Flagged)
Ake (now bench fodder)
Holgate (bench fodder)
So it's a 1-4-3 for me

Valdes - yellow flagged
Jaku - 2nd choice
Jones - fit
Cedric - yellow flagged
Holebas - yellow flagged
Brunt - yellow flagged
Evans - yellow flagged
Who would have thought there would ever exist a team where Phil Jones was the most likely defensive player to be fit and play!

This is annoying. Ake was great value. Grrrr, another transfer needed. I will leave it though just to see.

I've got Valdes too but Grant is my 2nd with a decent game this week
I may just role with it: Brunt and/or Bellerin could play it's even possible Ake could and as all I could afford to replace Holgate with is Amat whoose at home to Arsenal and may be up for another -1 I don't think I'll bother
One week after my WC jeez Louise this is a barmy league
Or I could take a stack of hits.......

Re: RE: Re: Ake
Don't forget that Chelsea also have Zouma who has just come back from an injury.
Maybe going for De Sciglio or Candreva is a bit optimistic, but I wonder if Chelsea'd be willing to take on a flagging Matteo Darmian?
It tends to be Italian teams who utilise a wing-back system. Surely there have got to be some Italy WBs who would want to play for Conte?blahblah wrote:Aren't Chelsea after a LWB?

I can remember the name(s), but I'm sure that I have read a few rumours\stories.
SSN Reporting Llorente to Chelsea, with Butshy (A lil Franglais pun for you all) going the other way on loan.
