The truth about Benteke's yellow cards - three or four?

Post by Finisher1 »

In the weekend we had different opinions in FISO about whether Benteke has three or four yellows. I think eventually we all came to conclusion he has three yellows, but now FFS says he has four yellows!

I think someone here said that some match in the early season includes mixed statistics about bookings? So what is the truth? Three or four yellows?

Interesting. So then FFS Suspension Tightrope seems to be wrong! I haven't seen that happening before, I have always trusted it 100%.

There are a few reports out there that state he got booked against Bournemouth in the 73rd minute of GW3 for pushing Steve Cook but that doesn't seem to be verified by any official websites.

He has 3 according to the usually reliable TFF so you just need to add on any accrued in the (non TFF) EFL Cup. I assume there are none though if he isn't showing on the usually reliable FA website.

So is it FFS being unreliable??????

I'm sure he actually had this listed in his FPL history as, when booked at the weekend, I checked his history and then posted in TRK to say he'd picked up his 4th yellow. His history appears correct now, but I wouldn't have posted if it was just 3, because that's a rubbish post!
Edit: maybe not GW3 though, as they ask appeared after Costa's last booking in GW5.

You've got a serious case of confirmation bias.
