After what happened with (c) Aguero last time, I don't want to be burned again.
Sanchez strongly in consideration. Or Walcott if I transfer him in.
Don't have Lukaku but surely a good bet.

Coin toss between Aguero and Sanchez again, with Firmino and Walcott also in the running possibly. Tough one, this week.

Still so angry with Aguero after (c) him at the weekend. Couldn't bring myself to (c) him again!

City having got 1 point out of 6 and Nacho playing average last week I think City will be desperate for the points, go full strength and Aguero to get a hattrick.

In isolation against similar teams, it would be Aguero for me, and everyone else. But the difference between the hopelessness of Middlesboro and the quality of Southampton is certainly enough to sway me away from Aguero this week. City 2 Saints 1, Arsenal 5 Boro 0.

Currently Sergio CAPT & Theo VICE, although a Champions League supershow or disaster for either could have me swapping them around

Middlesbrough's underlying defensive stats are pretty decent, but that could partly be to do with the opposition they have faced. I don't think they are a bad defensive unit, although admittedly Arsenal away is a tough game.

I'm not that courageous to put Sanchez an armband before Aguero. If Aguero fails to deliver, this will be his 3rd blank in a row, which looks very difficult to happen.

Very few things separate Aguero and Sanchez for this gameweek. Both playing at home, but I think that Aguero will have much more space against Saint's defence than Sanchez against Middlesbrough. If I have to rank the captains in my team for this gameweek it would be like this

1) Sergio Aguero
2) Dmitri Payet (possible high differential for the players from TOP100 like I am)
3) Alexis Sanchez

Well done on the rank, maybe you and Brunauge will have a battle to the title? What do you think is the reason for your success so far?

First of all, thank you.

The reasons are several

1. I have a bet with my friend that I will be in top500 at the end of season without owing Ibrahimovic for a single Gameweek
2. I think Arsenal is going to win the tittle this year (consequently, I'm playing with Koscielny, Bellerin and Sanchez at the moment)
3. I added Capoue to my team right on time, and had luck with Holebas and ManU defence in 2nd and 3rd Gameweek (played with three)

And no matter what happens, until he's not injured or suspended, I will have Dmitri Payet in my team :)

Would it be so outrageous to consider Bellerin??
Arsenal odds-on to keep a clean-sheet against Boro and judging from the highlights of the Swansea match, he was virtually playing as Attacking Mid anyway.

Well if FFFix's points predictor algorithm holds any sway with you, then he is predicted to score 5.5 points as opposed to Aguero's 4.1

Sanchez way out front though on 7.1.

I'm really not sure about those FFF projections, you know. They seem to place too much emphasis on 'form' (i.e 'who's returned points recently?') compared to the FFS projections, which look to be more balanced. FFS, incidentally, have Sanchez shading it on 6.06 to Aguero's 5.88.

I think it's super duper close between the two front-runners this week and wouldn't like to call it either way. Every now and then, Aguero bangs in a goal or three just to remind us all what he's capable of, and perhaps the Saints game for City promises to be a bit more open than the 'Boro game for Arsenal? One would expect 'Boro to set up as defensively as they possibly can at the Emirates, though an Arsenal victory looks fairly inevitable.
