I've finished up my wildcard and I'm reasonably settled, but I would really like to be able to bring Stones in.
This would mean at the expense of someone. I feel like Lamela would be the best option for a downgrade here.
The best options would be Bojan 6.0m or Mirallas 6.5m for that price range.
Here's the team anywany;
Lamela/4.5m def or 6.5 mid/Stones

6.5mn and Stones imo though that depends on the rest of your squad, defensive rotation, etc. There's lots of options at 6-6.5 including Townsend, Bojan, Bolasie, etc. I'm not a fan of Mirallas, he has the talent but something always go wrong FPL wise, and it's usually his fault but he's also around that nice price point too as an option...
I'd probably go Townsend purely due to him being almost certain to play and fixtures. If Cabaye is still on pens, he's not a bad shout at 6mn too.

Snodgras is certainly viable, gives me options for bigger transfers in the future banking some money as well.Owsler wrote:Stones + Snodgrass (bank the remainder)
Not really sold on his fixtures or goal threat though.

Walker->Stones imo.
If you have a big front line of Kun/Ibra/Benteke and a bloated defence (2 x £5.5m, 2 x £5m), then your midfield will suffer.
None of your midfielders are poor as individual picks but there's not a lot of money there if a couple of £8m+ mids start hitting big numbers.

Williams -> Holgate
Mee-> Stones
Don't downgrade your Mid even more - for me, you have a lot of money in defence.

I don't think Holgate is nailed though.Luggs wrote:Williams -> Holgate
