Any news on Heaton. Don't have a playing back up so it is rather crucial for me to have reliable info on him playing or not.

"Touch and go" was the quote I read from Dyche. Tall Paul might have better info.

I don't think he'll play. Robinson acquitted himself well last week, so no need to risk Heaton if he isn't fully fit.

Word on the Chelsea grapevine is that Willian starts tomorrow. Whether that's proven right we will have to wait and see.Mav3rick wrote:Daft mind games from Conte would be my guess.theplayer wrote:Well Costa and Hazard were in training today and look fine to me so I doubt it's them.

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
I don't know. Hazard was limping before coming off last week but as far as I know he's been training fine. Maybe for Pedro? The thing about Willian is he has immense work rate. It could even be a tactical thing. But who knows, the grapevine has been known to be wrong.Finisher1 wrote:Who is out then?Ruth_NZ wrote:Word on the Chelsea grapevine is that Willian starts tomorrow. And so Matic is missing from today's team.Paulista wrote:So who's missing from the photos? Moses, Kante, Matic, and Courtois seem to be the four missing from the recent starting XI's.
Credit to 'theplayer' for finding those training photos, a good source of research.

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
Why did Conte go all cryptic about it though, did he want it to be a surprise that he was going to play Fabs in the midfield? That's not a good sign for FPL terms, if he starts playing silly bigger like that with injury news, does he have a record of things like that at previous jobs?Paulista wrote:And so Matic is missing from today's team.Paulista wrote:So who's missing from the photos? Dunno about "silly bigger", he never disclosed the lineup in advance

Austin injured. Confirmed out for next game according to Puel. From article at http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/149559 ... in_injury/
"“Charlie has a shoulder injury and we will see this,” said the Saints boss.
“I don’t know how many times he stay out but it’s important for us.
“I don’t know but he cannot play for the next game of course.
“He was in the dressing room. Like all the players who are injured, we will see this tomorrow.
“I don’t know how many times he stay out, we will see this, but it’s important now to work with all the players, with Shane (Long), (Jay) Rodriguez, Dusan (Tadic), (Sofiane) Boufal, all the players."

Southampton have doubts over forwards Rodriguez and Boufal, Austin is already confirmed out, and Middlesborough could have Friend back, but have doubts over Rhodes, Ramirez, and Negredo, so we could be looking at a 0-0 here

so you're saying it's better to bank a transfer this week and simply play Barragan instead of taking -4 for Austin?Paulista wrote:Southampton have doubts over forwards Rodriguez and Boufal, Austin is already confirmed out, and Middlesborough could have Friend back, but have doubts over Rhodes, Ramirez, and Negredo, so we could be looking at a 0-0 here

Dutchman supporting the Saints. However my last trip was in December '14, when Southampton demolished Everton. Can't really call it commitment, it was just about damn time hah! Hope they perform like they did back then.Weisenwolf wrote:Wow that's commitment you a Brit living in the land of beer with a tall head or a fellow of Orange supporting the Saints?Joccki_10 wrote:Please don't.
