Does anybody know the return date for Cedric? I know at the moment it says 50% chance, but has Puel actually set a date?

He's been ruled out of this weekend. I wouldn't listen to anything they say about him in future, just sell.TheBigLewandowski wrote:Has Koeman given any indication as to when he might be back?blahblah wrote:2 GW's agoTheBigLewandowski wrote:Does anyone know how long Baines is likely to be out for?

Muscle tightness eh.. Doesn't sound that bad. But with Sprus and United up next, it'd be unfortunate if he were to miss the Sunderland game

Usually seems pretty well informed. He's just a journalist though so take all the news as advisory.
Also the wording isn't "he's out" it's "he's likely to miss the game" - so it's not really anything new and it's definitely not concrete.

Oh well that's great, 10 men this week then and yet another transfer to make! It's more annoying that it's been out of the blue.

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
Wenger: Cazorla, Monreal, Walcott - there is still some uncertainty today. The closest to coming back looks to be Walcott. We will have a test with him.
Wenger: Hector [Bellerin] has a test. I left him behind [in midweek] because I was cautious with him. We could have basically forced the issue, he could have played maybe in Bulgaria but he should be alright [for Sunday].

I reckon he might just keep the place now, but methinks it's definitely soon time to get in a rotater. The Hull game would be a bloomin' inconvenient time for it to happen if it does!Mav3rick wrote:Mannone back in training, hopes to be fit for the Hull game. Pickfords time up?

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
The sentiment on the Sunderland forums was turning against Pickford last week, not because he's played poorly, but just to take him out of the firing line a bit and protect him from blame.Stemania wrote:I reckon he might just keep the place now, but methinks it's definitely soon time to get in a rotater. Earlier on, it was probably 60/40 in Pickford's favour over Mannone, it's probably 70/30 now in Mannones favour. Obviously the fans don't make the call, but I could understand it certainly.
Pickford hasn't done anything wrong, but he's not doing a Heaton impression either.

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
Given it could only be 4 weeks and there's an international break, you could end up with only two fixtures. Can't see that bring a good move really and I'd much rather move to Heaton if you needed to make a keeper transfer. The Toon Man wrote:Schmeichel out for 4-6 weeks, Zieler at 4.4 anyone? Ah, Leighton Baines, converter of multitudes of 2 points (because Everton concedes) to 3 points, because Watford doesn't and yesterday's Capoue brings home the +1 as first sub.blahblah wrote:2 GW's agoTheBigLewandowski wrote:Does anyone know how long Baines is likely to be out for?
