Guardiola: "Aguero is out. Hopefully he’ll be back for Leicester, but this game no".
Guardiola on Silva: "Yesterday was the first training session. He is still not perfect".
Guardiola: "Stones and Bravo are out. Claudio until next season and John maybe in the next games (he will return)".

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
I do, I already own Aguero, just need to know if I'm supposed to be shifting him for Jesus or not. If I make the switch, the the intention is to also bring in Hazard for GW37, so I need an answer before my option is shut down.hancockjr wrote:You know the deadline is today?Mav3rick wrote:Let's hope we get some actual Aguero news today then!
I can afford one more price change before I have to make a decision, but surely, surely we will find out today what is going on.
Frustrating really!

So, from that you can safely assume that Jesus is nailed on for the rest of the season and if Aguero comes back, he'll be playing with him, making Sane a risk for the DGW.

Courtois [ankle] has trained for the past two days: "I don't see any problems," said Conte. However, Luiz and Kanté are struggling. Conte will assess the both of them over the next two days to determine their availability for Monday night. "There is time to recover."

Fellaini [suspended]. Valencia, Bailly and Rashford are likely to be rested.
Young is struggling; he and Rashford are still being assessed, but Mourinho can call upon Jones/Smalling. Fosu-Mensah, Shaw, Rojo and Ibrahimovic remain long-term absentees.

From what I read on Blue Moon before the game there was some consensus Sane looked tired and was likely to be rotated out for that game.
That they struggled without him and he was introduced earlyish second half only strengthens his case to start the next 3.
But who really knows with Pep - so little games left should just be playing his strongest team...

Yes, that's a fair point but I'd still feel more comfortable having Sane if I knew Aguero was definitely out. That said, I don't have himRivers wrote:From what I read on Blue Moon before the game there was some consensus Sane looked tired and was likely to be rotated out for that game.

I'm also desperately waiting for an update about Luiz's knock...
I hope he will make it, since I went already -4 to bring Ozil in alongside Sanchez for DGWs.
No word from conte?

When Alonso was out against Man Utd, Azpilicueta went to left wing back and Zouma played center back. Suggests he's ahead of Ake for a spot in the back 3.Beadling Boy wrote:LOL! I know; my bad!Vsz wrote:Haha Mourinho

Stanislas flagged: knock, 75% chance of playing.

BIG NEWS: Stanislas is fine.

Hopefully FPL will give him a red flag so there'll only be a few to benefit from his haul next week.

Re: FPL press conference thread 16/17
There are concerns over the fitness of Koscielny who will be assessed today. The same with Xhaka although "he looks to have recovered."
Concerns are that Koscielny "will not be available." If so, then Mustafi [who is fit and available] could return to the side.

Mustafi or Gabriel. I'd expect Holding to keep his place.
