Alonso assist? Damn, I might have to get him in for Valencia earlier than planned. He's going to absolutely beast that left side of Chelsea's team.

In terms of the game as a spectacle though, that goal is the absolute best thing that could have happened, as Man Utd can't just sit back now and hold on to what they have.

After all the main reason City didn't win was simply because Stones passed the ball to Redmond one-on-one with the GK - Southampton didn't really look a threat otherwise.

Anyways - does anyone else wish they didn't play FPL sometimes? I really want to enjoy the spectacle of the 4pm game, but I know just about everything that can/will happen (Costa/Ibra goals or Che/United CSs) is bad for my FPL so will be tough to enjoy.
Your an optimist :? I have only Costa and would love a high scoring ding dong of a game but I fully expect to feel like I'm waiting for the 280 to Oxford

Nice. I have a clean sheet and goal on the bench and Mancunian wink(s) starting.

You wait the whole weekend and when one arrives another three will probably turn up as well.

This might explain your long waits: "Due to long-term roadworks in Oxford, the 280 service will be operating a non-standard timetable from 6 June 2016"

Target?
Yep, Targett and Pied injured too - four fullbacks out for them amazingly. Makes their defending more impressive. :D
Or it says more about Citeh's attack?

I was faffing so wasn't really watching it, but Citeh didn't look going forward from what I saw.

Chelsea's improvement has coincided suspiciously with Ivanovic dropping out of the team.

More drive and determination in this Chelsea team in 20 minutes than in the whole of 16 league games they played under Mourinho last season put together.

The way Blind is being ripped to bits by Pedro and Moses I think Shaw might get a speedy return to first team duty real soon.

Costa if you aren't going to score or assist today, at least get a fifth yellow.
