WHO'S EXCITED THEN

Post by MPTree »

I'm having a really shitty season (currently sat at 260k) and have generally had a miserable time of it. But, like many, I played my WC last week and BB this week, and, though I know it's unlikely, there could be some huge points swings this week in my favour that just give me a glimmer of hope for a good finish to the season.

We analyse a lot on here, which is great, and sometimes we have a little moan or complain, which is understandable, but this week, I'm really excited. Reminds me why I love & play the game in the first place.

Irrespective of FPL, I'm most excited about the fact we have games for the next 6 days in a row. Right feast of football!

I was more excited last week after WC'ing, then after Saturday I got within 8 points of my ML leader, only for Sunday to come along and due to Alderweireld and Vardy in perticular be back to 30odd. This week due to Lukaku I had to gamble and as it stands start on a -8 this GW.

"May the FF gods be with me this GW"

Darmian, Lukaku, Martial all non-starters for me. Now I feel upset. Time for an "ARE YOU ANGRY" thread?

Just voted ironically for "I can barely contain myself" expecting it to be the only vote for this OTT option, only to find that it's top of the poll.

Perhaps a subsidiary poll is needed to determine how many voted ironically.

I was excited... BENCH BOOST TIME BABY!

No Martial, Lukaku, Clichy, Mignolet, Milner has dampened the excitement. Waiting for Gabriel to be benched so I can start breaking stuff.

as for the topic poll, I'm excited in the sense that I'm entrenching like a hermit crab hoping to weather out the WC+BBers hurricane over my head
