Re: GW34 Transfers
Two frees, and intend to use both. One will definitely be Bolasie an as yet to be decided Liverpool mid, the second likely used to fund it.

Re: GW34 Transfers
Only 1 free but thinking:
Alli --> Ozil/Iwobi
Kane --> Sturridge
For a 4pt hit giving me 11 playing twice and Sanchez will be TC

Waiting until after the two midweek games in case of injury but also likely to avoid whichever teams progress to the European semis.

Re: GW34 Transfers
Yeah, seems a reasonable ploy. Although if Liverpool progress I may take Milner still. He should be pretty safe regardless, especially with Henderson out for the rest of the season. If they don't then I'll consider Firmino instead of/as well as.Aldershot Rejects wrote:Waiting until after the two midweek games in case of injury but also likely to avoid whichever teams progress to the European semis.

Yes, Firmino is my pencilled in transfer, Milner is second-choice. I might still do Milner (who I nearly bought in for Mahrez on WC)Notned wrote:Yeah, seems a reasonable ploy. The stats are dark and full of errors.
Re: GW34 Transfers
Already pulled the trigger on Mahrez Sanchez (TC) last night. 0.0 in the bank so couldn't afford to risk any rises or drops.
Fully expect an injury now, but Alli is on the bench if that happens so it's not a huge risk. Mulling over a -4 for a DGW defender but so far none take my fancy and I doubt any will.

Re: GW34 Transfers
City, Palace, Everton, United, West Ham, Liverpool, all playing midweek with potential for extra time in the cup games,
going to try to hold off as long as possible as all those teams have a DGW34, getting the right players (those who will actually play twice) is going to be crucial and more important than getting a player 0.1 cheaper (unless of course you are on the limit for money)

Re: GW34 Transfers
I'll surely do Toby and Elliot to either Mignolet and Rojo or De Gea and Ake.
Totally undecided about it.
Any opinion?

Re: GW34 Transfers
Mahrez looks like dropping tonight...
There are 4 players in my team that I don't really fancy for GW34: Delaney, Gabriel, Mahrez, Bolasie. Do you think Gabriel will keep his place?

Re: GW34 Transfers
Thinking about Mahrez to Iwobi.
The problem is that I own Ozil and Sanchez.
Does it sound a bit exagerated?

Re: GW34 Transfers
I have been contemplating similar moves. Frustrating that Flanagan hasn't been playing as I'm sure I read somewhere he wasn't registered for the EL. Will hold off the midweek games before moving.Arsenal4EvERr wrote:Flanagan Moreno

If Lukaku blanks midweek against Palace then I'll be doing the latter move.
United may look poor but it's only villa

Re: GW34 Transfers
Does playing a wildcard reset your free transfers? As in, I had 2 FT, played a WC and now I've got 1?

Re: GW34 Transfers
Playing the wildcard means you don't incur any points hits. Therefore if you had 2 FT's and WC you used your 2 FTs and then didn't incur any hits.
That's how I think of it anyway.

Hit the bar from 5 yards out, should have bagged the winner and would have probably had winning goal bps and everyone would be very content with him. Fine margins.Beerfuelledman wrote:Can anyone who saw the match say whether Lukaku was unlucky or just not very good?
