Paloschi definitely starts. He's a very good goalscorer. If this was start of the season I would have him in my team. Swansea have been doing very well recently, I've been toying with adding Sigurdsson in, but whoever I have in his position in the 7m bracket always has such tantalising fixtures. (Currently Barkley)

I like Pato at Chelsea. Not sure i'll bring him in though, from now on transfers will be mostly dictated by DGW and blanks it seems.

Doumbia apparently passed medical at Newcastle. Not sure how true it is but if it is, we'll find out soon i'd imagine. Newcastle have also put in a 21m bid in for Berahino. Yet to be accepted or declined.

Rumours circling that Graham Carr has lost his passport. Has apparently been stuck at home for a month and only has a second hand copy of FIFA 15 that Mike Ashley bought him for xmas to do his scouting with...

Everyone knows that Football Manager is better if you want to scout players. Rookie mistake there

I am sure in 1998 Newcastle tried to sign Nick Wlodyka after playing FIFA '97. ;)

We thought we'd lost our chance on simulated football glory when we released Calvin Zola Makongo...

Doumbia 8-) Although I wouldn't be surprised if he fails his medical.

West Ham just loaned striker Emenike from Fenerbahce. He is a beast in FIFA15. :D

if I'm not mistaken, asm nevers said"fastest goal ever" that's your reading only

there have been loads of goals quicker than 18 secs, but were they DEBUT matches?
Paloschi was playing in the youth team, he was given the chance yo ply some minutes with first team, and 18 secs after entering (as 2nd half sub iirc) a top division match for the first time in his career, he scored
have there been faster goals than after 18secs of senior footballing career

I think gallus was referring to the title of the youtube video I provided to show Paloschi's goal, which is "fastest goal ever" ;)

Doumbia registered in time to play against Everton on Wednesday. If Berahino signs, his first game will be at home to WBA on Saturday

With Wijnaldum, Sissoko, Townsend, Shelvey, Perez, Mitrovic, Doumbia and possibly Berahino available for the weekend, it'll be interesting to see what team McClaren plays.

Talk of Debuchy going to UTD on loan. Would be a cheap way into their defence

It would be great if we could keep this thread for confirmed signings and/or discussion of their new FPL prices etc rather than speculation.

I've made a dedicated thread for the deadline day furore:

Fazio at Spurs is gone on loan to Spain, looks like Wimmer is in prime position for the Spurs centre back spot.

Leroy Fer to Swansea City (loan). I think he will be a very welcome addition.

If he comes in at 5m or under he could be a decent 5th mid option

Just had this exact thought. Very cheap considering the service he's likely to recieve from the likes of Wijnaldum, Sissoko, Townsend and Shelvey behind. A possible 2nd half of the season Ighalo?

May be getting a little too far ahead of myself but it could happen
