109k and 1082 pts about 40 pts off where i'd like to be.

Nightmare first six weeks always meant the first half of the season would be an uphill battle and need a massive improvement in the second half of the season.

TV over 108k but always thought selling value more important and neither has mattered too much this season anyway.

You're in a great position vicar with a good team, all chips intact and decent TV. Would imagine many of those around you will have blown some chips.

157k for me. Obviously way lower than I'd have hoped to be, but relative to other serious players, it's probably about average. Main concern is TV which is lower than most, but on plus side am sitting on 2 FTs and happy with team.

305k for me. A bit disappointing, but it's the highest I've been all season and, like silkworm, I have two FTs and I'm pretty happy with my team.

Having a horrendous season. My highest rank so far has been about 750k, currently about 1.1m and going backwards! I'm determined to pull it round, though. I've set myself the challenge of getting to the top 100k.

the code to join is posted in a public announcement, free for all
it's not like a tournament with a starting date and closed registrations
besides being a member and a poster entitles you like anyone else to take part and get listed in a "Fiso Forum league"

it should simply record and show who are the best Fiso forum members in the season
having overlooked it at season start shouldn't rule anyone out

of course that's just my opinion, but you could serch for the topic with the same name from last season, it was supported by other relevant fisoers too
true, there were a couple members who posted their disappointment as they were at the top of the Fiso League and saw their rankig slip down a couple places, as forgetful posters like you joined in a few gws before the end

but imho it would be a bit childish to boast like "I'm in the top five in Fiso. Actually, I'm 15th, but 10 fiso posters just forgot to join the league from the start... "

a Forum League it's not like a private league

what "glory" would be there? being worse at FPL than other fiso members, but being just "smarter" to join the forum league at season start? bah...

anyway, if that makes you uncomfortable, I won't insist

i'll just cheer matmutte who had no such scruples, and promptly joined in, probably entering the top 5 in next GW

many members who join the Forum League, only post occasionally, and they don't disclose their Team name
so we can't match the top teams in the forum League with the actual fiso member owning them

they run for the Fiso Forum League as... "incognito"

if they don't even bother to show up here, or to "meet the forum fans" hiding behind dark shades,
how can they complain if new members join in halfway?

I dare the other nine to show up and complain that matmutte entered the top 10 by joining halfway in the season!

last season I was a total n00b and had a bad start (I only found out Fiso and joind it in september)
I slowly improved thanks to Fiso, and climbed up to finsih the season inside the top 200k (red line)

this season I thought I could treasure the lessons from last season and start better
instead it was horrible, far worse than previous one
(althought that was a general trend here)

well, to my surprise, I realised that after half a season, I "overtook" the ranking I had ath the end of 2014

didn't expect it after such a horrible start

so, I cant start 2016 with renewed hope that I still might eventually improve my final ranking from last season!
I know, wishful thinking...

6 out of 7 weeks scoring over 70 points has shot me into the top 10k. Things looked bleak at one stage.

A season high of 13k down to a season low of 420k and now I am back to 104k. Crazy season.

Have my second wildcard, TC and BB. Reckon those three will help a lot in the coming weeks. Hopefully I'll do well with the DGWs and the blanks and kick on a bit.

I've had two decent weeks though, so it's a lot easier to be optimistic. Looking forward to taking a few risks and going against the grain for the last 15 weeks. My last two transfers Bertrand (2 x Cs) and Firmino (15 points) have really worked out. Well be looking for a few more differentials now.

Aim now is somewhere in the top 50k. I'll still be dissapointed if I'm not in the top 20k really but I will need a couple of very good weeks to lift me up I think.

I was thinking about this recently. I'm currently at around 250k with all my chips still in tact. I think top 50k should be pretty achievable with some good DGW planning, but much more than that has just continued to slip away from me.

Well done, I was flying end of November up to around 13k and my team was setup well. My only issue was Pelle and the impending return of Aguero. I bought in Aguero and Stanislas for Pelle and KdB for a -4 with Stanislas as my perma benched midfield enabler.

That week Aguero got injured, KDB got 16, Stanislas got 16 (on my bench) and I had to follow it up with a -4 to replace the injured Sanchez. Bought in KdB rather than Ozil for Sanchez which was obviously a massive mistake. That was the start of probably my worst ever FPL run. Think I had eight red arrows. Lol.

Urghhhb that sounds like a horrific bit of misfortune. Think it goes to show how Kun can singlehandedly change your season fortunes, for good or for bad!

I had Aguero captain when he scored 5 then Sanchez the week after for a hat trick, and now Aguero again these past two weeks.

Same. I've been between 150k and 300k in last rounds and everytime when it looks good, I get some bad round and drop again. Last season was my first ever in FPL and I managed to finish 13046 but that looks impossible now. 2nd season syndrome maybe?

FPL Overall Ranking after GW25 jumps from 324th to 327th
rank 325 does not exist

From 13k to 437k to 88k is 14 game weeks. I've never had a season like this before.
