How much do you trust the FFS projections/index?

Are the projections particularly accurate? In an individual case it's going to be almost impossible to be accurate, but maybe relative to other defenders has anyone ever tried to see how useful the projections are?

I know some of you use them when deciding between closely matched players in a benching decision for instance. Has that been beneficial/more beneficial than say the clean sheet odds?

Also, their ICT index - how much weight do you put on that? I've noticed a few things - for instance Payet and KDB are very evenly matched (over the last four games). Is that because Payet is as fantasy relevant as KDB or is it just reflecting form?

Thanks. I use my eyes and also bookies clean sheet and anytime goal scorer odds to help me make decisions.

I use my eyes mostly and whoscored.com stats when I'm in doubt.
