Your projected gameweek rank is 12-14k. Given how many seasons you have been playing and the high rank finishes you have had, I'm fairly certain that you have had better gameweek ranks than 12k -14k.loosecannon85 wrote:Points totalgooberman wrote:How are you defining best? I scored 111 but according to the fpl discovery projections, this will only be a GW rank of 30-30k which whilst is very good, I've had many better gameweek ranks than that with a lot lower scores than 111.loosecannon85 wrote:117 all out - probably my best ever none double game week.

No youre not understanding me. I think its the best points total I have had in a none double gameweek, not game week ranking.gooberman wrote:Your projected gameweek rank is 12-14k. My best ever game week rank was like 100 or something - it was double game week where I scored about 160 odd points and Rooney got me 5 goals as my captain.

Projected 107 after 2 autosubs and assuming Sanchez gets his 3 bp's. Finally in 6 digit OR.

93 all out. Can't really complain considering I have Evans(injured), Wilson(injured), Gomez(no show), Mahrez(surprising no show), Naughton(surprising no show), Targett(no show), Redmond(sub), Diouf(injured) - total points from them = 5pts from effectively a 6 man team. 5 of them, namely Sanchez, Payet, Butland, Hazard and Kun, did the business fortunately.

129 all out. I just couldn't believe the points kept coming in and key players that I didn't have did very little!

Would you prefer to finish with a GW ranking of 5k in a GW where the avearge is 35 points or with a GW ranking of 10K in a GW where the average is 70 points?gooberman wrote:Your projected gameweek rank is 12-14k. The answer is the latter.
You want your lowing ranking GWs to be when the GW average score is low and your high ranking GWs to be when the GW average is high.

Re: Did you captain Aguero, or go down in a Blaze of glory this gw?
82 all out.
Got a full XI out (after taking a -8) but contributions as follows: 50, 15, 3, 2 ,2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 1 and 1.
A good score that will still get me a big green arrow, but really lacked the Man U and defender contributions I've had in some other weeks. Well done to others who got a lot of icing on their cake today.
Thank god for Aguero and KDB!

First time hitting 100 points Fabianski made it possible with 9 saves.

Re: Did you captain Aguero, or go down in a Blaze of glory this gw?
110 (-4) so 106pts in total!
For those that are interested, I played my AOA chip, and indeed a defender gets subbed in for a non playing attacker reverting back to a 3-4-3, in this case I had Reid come in for Mahrez.
So that 106pts includes 0pts from Reid.
What a strange gw with the average being 55pts, and the highest score 164pts!
Wrapped my ranking didn't change too much, so still jumped from 1.4mil to 270k in one gw!
Congrats to everyone who got a monster score, and especially those who didn't captain Aguero and still managed a respectable score.
The FISO crew is on the up!

Just when I thought I was awesome, I saw my Dad's team.
He outdid me in every regard.
122pts (-4) so 118pts, with Butland and Ighalo coming off his bench for McCarthy and Mahrez.
GW rank of 6k, and overall rank jumped from 1.5mil to 220k!
That includes a team with Evans (1pt), Francis (2pts), Kolarov (2pts), and Martial (2pts).

More complicated than that, it depends on the shape of distribution and spread of the other scores. The Dazzler wrote:Would you prefer to finish with a GW ranking of 5k in a GW where the avearge is 35 points or with a GW ranking of 10K in a GW where the average is 70 points?gooberman wrote:Your projected gameweek rank is 12-14k. Ended up with 115 points (-4). Delighted with that.
110 of those points came from my midfielders and forwards in week where I played the AOA chip and Mahrez didn't play!

106 and up to 33,000th which is mad because I've had an awful start. Shows that the early season luck of a fair few casuals is starting to run out now Aguero and Sanchez are flying.
