Yep, I don't think he'll ever score again.
It was good while it lasted.
Definitely time for everyone to sell.

For what it's worth, I think I'll captain Myhill next week.

Re: Aguero is sh*t
Hardly anyone in my ML has Aguero, and after two blanks they are hardly going to be rushing to get him in either. He's gone up £0.2m so price drops are not a concern just yet. Against better judgement I shall continue to captain him for the foreseeable future.

I can't wait for half of the people to un-captain him next round and then I can calmly watch him score a hat-trick against Palace.

Well I wonder if you had tripled captains him what title we would have had! Or low betide him not scoring next gw. It's a game of skill and luck and its frustrating to say the least when expectation isn't meant!
So I hope someone comes on here to say they tripple captained aguero or benteke ! May ease the pain? Someone else's misfortune and all that.
My question to you then: how many games does the star striker get if he's underperforming for you / us / the game ?!

Re: Aguero is sh*t
Glad I dumped him for Rooney. Rooney was literally on fire in midweek and I expect him to get a haul tomorrow too.
13m+ for yet another blank....that's 3 blanks out of 4 for Aguero. Stick a fork in him, he's done.

I had a nosey earlier at the person with the highest value team in the whole thing, about £103m... Anyway, he triple captained Mahrez this week... ouch.gallus wrote:the current no.1 OR tripled Yaya this week so you're in good Kompany!yeboah wrote:Im in the 6pt triple captain club.

Re: Aguero is sh*t
Yet to watch the highlights on MOTD but slightly worried whether Sterling might detract from Aguero, as previously I see Aguero as the main man up top, with Silva, Yaya and everyone else generally behind him. Whereas Sterling is the sort of player that could easily run beyond and get in the holes that were previously only Ageuro's to own, and if you were the opposition you'd look to keep Aguero quiet and arguably open up more opportunities for Sterling as a lesser threat
I'm not selling but am slightly concerned if he keeps getting shut out with the mids picking up the points. 13.2 to something lower means I can pimp my team pretty much everywhere else

Re: Aguero is sh*t
Having watched the full game, i was dissapointed that the attacking midfielders (bar Silva) weren't really making an effort to involve him, looking more interested in finding the net themselves. There were a lot of good moments where Aguero was simply waiting for that killer ball or back pass, but the service never really came. I'd imagine KDB in the team would benefit Aguero much more than Sterling has

Re: Aguero is sh*t
Yes, Sterling with his piercing runs was a danger, but he never once lifted his head to see if Aguero was available. Seemed desperate to get on the scoring sheet.Kleurijke wrote:Having watched the full game, i was dissapointed that the attacking midfielders (bar Silva) weren't really making an effort to involve him, looking more interested in finding the net themselves. He actually set up the best chance for Agüero, who fluffed it.

The one where he missed the ball? Thought that was a Navas pass.sunnO)))jihai wrote:He actually set up the best chance for Agüero, who fluffed it.

Nope, Navas went off at HT. Unless you're thinking of a different fluffing to the obvious one.Monsignor wrote:The one where he missed the ball? Thought that was a Navas pass.sunnO)))jihai wrote:He actually set up the best chance for Agüero, who fluffed it.
