Everton manager Roberto Martinez says left-back Seamus Coleman is a "huge" doubt for Sunday's game.
"Seamus couldn’t be involved on Tuesday and there's a huge question mark this weekend," said Martinez. "He has had a stomach bug and lost weight. Sunday could be too early for him."

Does anyone know about possible suspension for Richards? There were news some days ago that he was charged by FA.

Striker Christian Benteke is available for Liverpool's game at Chelsea, manager Jurgen Klopp says at his new conference. Forward Daniel Sturridge is out.
"Christian has trained quite normally and is preparing for tomorrow," adds Klopp.

Silva out this week, Zabaleta until after the international break and Clichy almost ready to return, per Pellegrini.
Oh, so is Delph, but that is more important for England than Man City.

I've been talking to Finisher1 about this tweet, both could start like midweek, especially with doubts over Sterling and Silva out. Only fit senior attacking mids are KDB, Navas and Touré (there's also Brandon ); I think Pellegrini would play Touré further back against Norwich though, I imagine pushing him forward was so we could have two defensive holding mids (which I quite like ).
Certainly is a worry though.

Bony can still do damage with a cameo, but this news definitely means Pelle or Kane will get the captaincy.

If City are cruising the I'd expect the substitutions will be to rest players for the Champions League game.

Wait, wait... Is the hot tip that Bony is going to the bench?
Why would Pellis do that and who will he play instead? Maybe Norwich are bad enough for City to start with Nachos and still win but cmon don't give up on Bony yet.

Expect Sterling would be doing some training, reportedly a minor hamstring problem, still flagged yellow.

He'll be flagged after he plays tomorrow too, they aren't quick to remove it unless explicitly stated he'll play in the presser, means very little

Re: The FPL Press Conference News Nugget Thread 15/16
Asked if he would start with the Nigerian, Pellegrini said: “In the way he demonstrates what he can do, of course he has an option to start. For me it just depends on the performance of the players who start.
“I work with him every day so I know what he can give to our team. Last season I think he was ready to do it. We talk about his work permits but unfortunately for him he had a very serious injury in his ankles. That is why he couldn’t play last season. Now he is ready and I am very happy for him to demonstrate what he can do. But it is just one game, he must repeat, he must improve.”
Wilfried Bony has taken Agüero’s place as the leader of the attack. The Ivory Coast forward also scored on Wednesday and he is proving a positive influence on Iheanacho. “Bony is very important not only for Kelechi but very important for the team. He is a striker that prepares very well the play, that supports the ball,” Pellegrini said. “In the way Kelechi plays or Kun [Agüero] plays, those seconds [in holding the ball] he gives are very important for the other strikers to arrive into the right position to try and score, more if they have a good relationship between them.”

I reckon Costa will start but Mourinho probably will do another Pedro because of the opposition.
