I'm expecting plenty of runs from the midfield.

Anyone fancy a game of ''Who will start and who will shart!!?''
My first guess: Veretout - Shart.

Jefferson Montero fit for Swansea's trip to Watford after missing Man United game. Has trained all week after missing international duty.

Thanks. Shame I can't quite make room for him in my first XI but happy to make him first sub now.redcat1 wrote:Bertrand to start normal training Monday so Targett looks safe for the weekend
EDIT:..... Per my post in the "clean sheet odds" thread, will probably bring Targett in after all.

When did you hear this, and from what source? Koeman's comments were only made yesterday, and seemed pretty clear to me:GreekGeekFromGweek wrote:Watch this carefully, I'd heard he's had a training setback.redcat1 wrote:Bertrand to start normal training Monday so Targett looks safe for the weekend
"He’s the closest to be back and I have good hope that he can start normal training from next Monday.”
On that basis, I definitely won't be including Targett in my closing Wildcard tomorrow morning, it would be a complete waste of a transfer in the next week or so when Bertrand presumably replaces him.

I wouldn't read too much into it - not meaning to be rude, but by normal FISO standards at least half of that poster's 8 posts to date are somewhat strange / leftfield, without any sensible justifications for any of them.

Re: The Press Conference News Nugget Thread 15/16
It was revealed in Koeman's press conference yesterday that he's training on Monday, so I'd be amazed if there had been a setback since:

Apparently the setback is an unknown source made an unfounded claim that there was an unfounded and thus far unknown setback.Mav3rick wrote:I too would be interested on where this insider knowledge has come from?GreekGeekFromGweek wrote:Watch this carefully, I'd heard he's had a training setback.redcat1 wrote:Bertrand to start normal training Monday so Targett looks safe for the weekend

Some posters do have inside club knowledge so everyone deserves a chance until proven wrong. Obviously nobody is acting on the information above so theres no risk anyway.

Eriksen, Dembele and Mason all fit again for Spurs.
Edit: Reading the comments again. I'd downgrade 'fit again' to 'could be fit'.

Big News For Some?
FA hand Costa 3 match ban for violent conduct.
FA overturn Gabriel's red and ban.
Targett's time may have come with Bertrand confirmed to be in squad to face MK Dons and in line for weekend clash.
Your welcome.

Re: Big News For Some?
I'm still hopefully of one more game from Targett on Saturday. If Bertrand plays tomorrow then that will be his second game in three days, so I would be surprised if he also starts on the weekend. He's a fit lad though.
Koeman also mentioned Pelle has a foot injury and is a doubt. More people to hop on the Martial train
