Yeah well Baines is probably gone for me tonight, he's already dropping like a stone. Now I just have to figure out who to bring in :D
Thinking Chelsea defender
I ditched him for Ivan just before the deadline.

Now thinking of bringing in Huth for Moreno for Arsenal!

Agreed. I'll most likely be shipping Moreno this week, and it'll probably be for one of Azpi/Zouma/Bertrand/Van Dijk.

He may be cheap but I just cannot handle having Moreno in my team anymore.

The stats are dark and full of errors.

Why? Newcastle are decent at home but they are pretty rubbish. 1 goal in the last 4 away games.
I'll watch Southampton tonight to see if anyone catches my eye
They are a team on the up who have done good work in the January transfer window. Defensively they may be short on numbers, but offensively they look much improved to me.

From Southampton I think the best choice is van Dijk really... It looks like they keep play 3 at the back and if Targett keeps his place as left WB when he's back then Bertrand will play in the back 3 and thus not provide much attacking threat.

Cedric if he keeps his bottle is good VFM. Almost scored a nice header there against West Ham.

How about that for an underwhelming goal/assist combo

I'm not liking the fact that he seems to be the fall guy when a tactical change needs to be made during a game.

Good point. I think you are being picky though :D
There is no outstanding defensive fixture for any of the interesting teams next week

Oh dear. There goes my KDB replacement.

PELLEGRINI: "Silva had a twist in the same ankle. I think it will be difficult for him to recover soon. We will see before the weekend."

Likewise, but replace Lukaku with Mahrez. Really wish I hadn't rushed Payet in last week, especially when Siggy was one of the alternatives I was considering.

It's only been 30 mins guys, who knows what Payet can do with the hour of football left

He did nearly get that assist from Reid's header. Keep the faith.

I'm hoping my premature condemnation might work as a sort of reverse jinx

Last time I watched Payet in a live game, a couple of weeks ago, he was absolutely outstanding. I actually brought him in more on the basis of that game than on his previous scoring record. Everything revolved around him. He can't lose that ability overnight - I'm still glad I brought him in, I'm sure he'll score points soon.

Did the same for this very reason.

He could even be a bit of a differential captaincy punt next week at home to Sunderland, but I'd be wanting to see a bit more than he's showing at the minute to take the plunge.

You've had another shocker there, Notned. He's away to Norwich next week. You're looking at GW27.

Still a good differential captaincy punt against Norwich, mind. :D

Red card Wanayama... Could read the lips of Koeman saying "Play 5 in the back" to Fonte....

Does anyone have the stats, I remember away to Sunderland and Palace he scored after both teams went down to 10 men.

Ah yeah, that's the one! Decent fixture nonetheless though. Hopefully he'll bring in the points over those two games.

Does anyone know what Koeman's plan for Austin is? Is he gonna be a substitute for Pelle or he will become first choice soon? I took a risk to buy him and now feel puzzled.
