They have a reasonable start, my first thoughts when the fixtures came out were to include Vardy or Ulloa as cheap attack and assess from the first two games.

The stats are dark and full of errors.

It rather depends on their prices (most important) and also on who takes over.

Made the mistake of going Palace last season. It was a disaster after the Pullis pull out. It put me on he back foot pretty quickly.

Tough one, without knowing what formation etc they will play, and how the change in management will affect morale etc.

Still think Fuchs could potentially offer great value though, as would a CB and/or Schmeichel should Big Sam take over.

On first glance a Swansea-Leicester pairing looks very workable. Harbouring high hopes that I can get a pair of nailed on starters from the two for 9-9.5m. Naughton and Fuchs would be ideal...

Pulis was a day or two before GW1 though. In this case, the new manager has a full preseason tour to get the team aligned to his style (presuming they hire someone quickly).

Don't feel that the two situations are all that similar.

Big Sam reportedly not interested as wants a longer break, sacking Nigel Pearson is looking a huge mistake.

From when I checked the other week I think all of their defenders were 4 or 4.5 at the start of last season, the only exception was Huth who was 5 but was loaned in. I think you can be pretty confident of at least one 4.5 regular.

Pearson was sacked for non-footballing reasons so I suppose the damage to the footballing side is just something they have to deal with. His position was not tenable / untenable based on whether a decent replacement was lined up.
