Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
Already had Sanchez and Giroud and wanted another attacking player. Would have been agonising over this decision for hours if I wasn't forced to go with Cazorla because of his price. Even if he doesn't do well, at least I've had a relaxing Saturday morning.

Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
Looking at the poll and having a quick scan over the thread one more time, looks like I have gone very slightly outside of the template three, in particular by not having Sanchez and captaining Giroud. Could be a nice differential, or a big mistake... time will tell I guess. Game on!

Underwhelming so far then. Nothing gained, nothing lost I guess. If anything I suppose the draw today bodes well for points potential on Wednesday, as they now need to win to make absolutely sure of third place.

I feel quite unlucky as a Ramsey owner. He was by far Arsenal's best player today and deserved some points.
Giroud continues to look like he's never seen a football before, absolutely useless.

It's a bit of an irrelevancy to be honest, everyone has 3 Arsenal and 1 or two Sunderland, the big hitters are all well covered so bar a 6-8 points here or there I don't think this DGW is going to define your season.
Happy to have gone with Ramsey as my third Arsenal, on his form in the last two, he's brewing.

You'll be all right, I dumped Ramsey for Cazorla a few minutes before the deadline. He'll be on for a hattrick against Sunderland.Sammy the Crab wrote:I feel quite unlucky as a Ramsey owner. He was by far Arsenal's best player today and deserved some points.

Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
he did Bellerin+Cazorla to Wilshere+Walcott because Arsenal was chasing with 18' from FT
not a Gunners expert but I wouldn't read much more in it than that

Koscielny doubt for Sunderland game with flu.
Debuchy, Ox and Welbeck remain out too.

Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
With the last gameweek in mind, I wonder if it is worth hanging on to all 3 Arsenal players.
If they get one point tomorrow they are pretty much guaranteed third, so nothing to play for in the last game.
Will this mean resting a few key players for the FA cup final or just giving them a run out at the end of the match.
I have Bellerin, Ramsey and Sanchez and would think all three are at risk depending upon tomorrows lineup/result.

I completely forgot about the FA cup final and the possibility of Arsenal players being rested. Mmm, more decisions to ponder.

Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
I think we need to wait and see what happens against Sunderland. Plenty of candidates for a rest if they have 3rd place secure but who is a lottery.
West Brom are also buoyant after beating Chelsea, so will not be a pushover.
A lot of people not advocating hits on the forums but I think they could definitely be beneficial if the likes of Koscielny, Bellerin, Sanchez, Ramsey, Cazorla, Giroud and Benteke don't play, especially if you factor in Kane's poor form and Leicester's easy fixture.
I am considering a -8 and shifting all 3 of my Arsenal players as a punt

Re: Which 3 Arsenal players for double?
I agree there is a good chance of rotation for the final game, but with so many good attacking options it is a complete minefield as to who is most likely to be rested. There is a high probability of shipping the wrong one and kicking yourself in the teeth, so I think as such I will hedge my bets and hold. Unless we are given any concrete team news beforehand, of course.
