It wasn't that Man City were fantastic, it was just that Newcastle were shite.

Outstanding punditry from Shearer. And now there's the simpleton Savage.......

I've had Burnley players off my bench 3 times, Boyd with a goal, Barnes with a goal and now Trippier with an assist

Excellent

Great pen from Victor Moses.

Fantastic to finally get some FPL points from him as he's been playing great. :)

Ron Vlaar seems to be on an intelligence level with the MOTD pundits.

An early warning, Robbie Savage is booked for motd this evening.
Along with (in Savage's words) 'Lawro' & 'Chappers'.

Will Mannone get a recall? - wouldn't be amazed, Pantillimon had easily his poorest game yet.

I think Pants made him look very good for that last one. 6'7" and high cross to the six-yrd box - what was he doing?

I'd take Moyes or McClaren, though wouldn't be delighted with either, two of the most under-appreciated British managers who have both taken poison chalice jobs, but I'd like to keep Pellegrini for now.

I bet that ref...

Would say even that isn't a pen.

Arsenal look fantastic now, remember that statistic about how many of those games of the last 10 they had won compared to City in the captain thread a few weeks back, they're only reinforcing it!

Will be hard to sell Giroud!

Hard to ignore Giroud for sure, but who is going to have the bottle to take Aguero out if you haven't got him already? No game in GW33 as well.

I think it'll be common to bench him for 33, but raises the question about whether getting Costa is worth it? I'm keeping my options open but a defensive block of Ivan and Terry is a realistic way forward.
